WHO? 
Give your members a well-earned break, this challenge is for you. It’s a battle of the fitness brands. Compete against gym operators, fitness staff, and fitness industry vendors to see who has what it takes to come out on top.
 
WHAT? 
Augie's Quest 2021 MEPs Challenge: Exercise for a cure.

Team Qualifier:
Each team (maximum of seven people) must earn a total of 10,000 MEPs throughout the six-week period to qualify for individual entry into the prize draw. The team that earns the highest number of MEPs will win a dinner voucher for $750 to be redeemed at a local restaurant of your choosing.

Individual Qualifier:
If your team reaches the 10,000 MEPs target, each participant will then receive one ticket entry for every 100 MEPs they earn individually throughout the challenge period. All prizes will be awarded to individual winners, selected at random. The individual prize pool will include a variety of at home fitness equipment.

We are calling on clubs across the nation to support Augie’s Quest and their mission to raise funds to cure ALS. Winners will be announced on social media following the challenge.
 
WHY? 
Amyotrophic lateral sclerosis, or ALS, is a progressive nervous system disease that affects nerve cells in the brain and spinal cord, causing loss of muscle control. ALS is often called Lou Gehrig's disease, after the baseball player who was diagnosed with it.
 
 
We know ALS is a disease we can tackle; a problem we can solve. ALS is curable, it’s just underfunded. Augie’s Quest to Cure ALS is dedicated to changing the experience of people living with ALS. They raise the funds and awareness urgently needed to advance cutting-edge research, fast-track effective treatments, and ultimately, find a cure for this devastating disease.

This past year has taught us that we are stronger together. That’s why we encourage your facility to unite with us and engage as a community while simultaneously raising money for Augie’s Quest. Join us for the Augie’s Quest 2021 MEPs Challenge and let’s exercise for a cure.
 
WHEN? 
**New start date. The challenge will run from Monday, 1st November at 12:00am CST to Monday, 13th December at 11:59pm CST.
 
WHERE? 
You and your team simply need to accept the challenge, wear your Myzone belt and upload your workouts.
 
HOW? 
To enter, simply click here and complete the form to register your team and donate to Augie’s Quest. Each participating team will need to consist of current Myzone users and will be required to donate $349 for one team (maximum of seven people) to Augie’s Quest.

If your team members do not already have a Myzone device, please ensure a device is collected from the club or purchase one here at a discounted price of $69.99 for the MZ-3 or $79.99 for the MZ-Switch prior to the start of the challenge. Proceeds from Myzone device sales will be donated to Augie's Quest.
