For optimal performance, we recommend having an internet speed of at least 5 Mbps.
For the best Myzone experience, it's important to consider not just internet speed but also other aspects of your network setup:

Internet Speed: We recommend a minimum speed of 5 Mbps, with at least 1-2 Mbps for basic functionality. Check your speed at fast.com.

Latency and Stability: A low latency connection helps reduce delays, and having a stable connection is key to preventing interruptions.

Connection Type: If possible, use a wired Ethernet connection for optimal stability. If using Wi-Fi, ensure strong signal strength where Myzone is being used.

Firewall Settings: Make sure any firewalls or network settings allow communication with
myzonemoves.commoves.myzone.orgapi.myzone.org. Avoid using VPNs or Proxies, as they can interfere with the connection. -
Local firewalls must allow ports 80 and 443 for outbound internet traffic.

live.myzone.orgport 433 to allow heart rate tiles to join the screen using the QR code. - Bandwidth: If multiple devices share the network, speeds of 10 Mbps or higher may be needed for the best experience.
