Can I edit a Myzone graph?

Yes, use the trim tool to crop minutes from the beginning or end of your workout. Trimming does not change your MEP total, but will adjust all other metrics.

What does the trimming tool do?

The trim tool allows you to remove unwanted minutes from the beginning and end of your workout. If you prefer to see your average effort for only the MEP-earning part of your workout, use the trim tool to snip out time spent at low intensity.

Where is the tool located?

The trim tool is found in the app in your most recent workout on the home feed and in the workout summary for any workout. Tap ‘Me’ on the Navigation bar to open your calendar. Tap a date with a move and scroll down to the graph and tap to open the summary.

How do I use the trim tool?

Tap the trim icon to get started

  • Use the slider to manually crop minutes off the workout. The duration changes as you adjust.
  • Auto trim Automatically removes light gray minutes from the beginning and end of a move.
  • Undo reverts your changes. You can return to a workout and use the Undo button at any time. It will restore your original session’s graph and duration stats.
  • You cannot trim a class. The slider will not work in anything identified as a class segment.

How does trimming a move impact my stats?

  • Trimming will adjust all workout stats except MEPs. As you move the slider, duration, average effort, average HR, and calories (if you crop zones above 50%) adjust.
  • Trimming will not undo max heart rate adjustments. If you trim a heart rate spike out of a workout, the MEPs will remain in your total and if it increased your max heart rate, trimming it will not undo the adjustment.
