Follow these steps to run a Facility vs. Facility Challenge.
A Facility Challenge allows you to challenge other Myzone facilities and their members. Facilities are ranked by average MEPs score. The averages include Movers that earn 100 MEPs or more.
Setting Up Your Challenge
Step 1: Log into your Myzone account at www.myzonemoves.com and navigate to your Owner Portal. Click on Challenges.
Step 2: Click on the to create a new challenge. Select Facility Challenge
Step 3: Type the facility code of the challenging facility(s) and click the to add the facility to the challenge.
Step 4: Fill out challenge details. The first calendar icon sets your start date. Below, you can select the calendar to pick an end date, or if you prefer, click the flag and enter the point total in the text field to indicate what score your Movers will race to! The gray zone is excluded by default. To include it, click the box. To exclude others, click the corresponding color.
Step 5: Check the box to accept on behalf of your members. They will receive a notification and have the option to opt out. Members from other facilities will still need to accept the challenge invitation.
Step 6: Click the at the bottom of the challenge creation to save and send the invitation.
What's Next?
The challenging facility(s) club operator needs to accept the challenge request through their Admin Portal. This sends invitations out to their members.
Step 1: The challenging operator will log into the Owner Portal and click Challenges
Step 2: Click next to the name of the challenge.
Step 3: Click the green check mark to accept the facility into the challenge.
Once that facility accepts the invite, their members are sent an email and a notification to their Myzone App. Once they accept the invite, their MEPs will be added to the mix!
