Can I run a Myzone challenge with another facility?

Yes! A Facility Challenge allows you to challenge other Myzone facilities and their members. Facilities are ranked by average MEPs score. The averages include Movers that earn 100 MEPs or more. 

Simply select the challenge type Facilities when initially creating challenge. For details on how to add participants to a Facility v Facility challenge, check out this article.

What's Next?

The challenged facility(s) club operator needs to accept the challenge request through their Owner Portal. This sends invitations out to their members.

Step 1: The challenging operator will log into the Owner Portal, select challenges from the left hand side menu and see a challenge invite that they must respond to. 

Step 2: Click the arrow against the invite to see details of the challenge and accept the invite. You can then see the details of the challenge and decide which members of your Facility you would like to invite to take part in the challenge (either ALL members, of users in certain groups that you can created on the Users page of the owners portal). 

Once the invite is accepted, their members are sent an email and a notification to their Myzone App.  Once the member accepts the invite, their MEPs will be added to the mix!
