Create a Zoom Meeting Link for MZ-Club

Once you sign up for a Zoom Pro account, create your meeting in Zoom and optimize your setting for a smooth class experience.

Once you activate MZ-Club for your facility, you will need to sign up for a Zoom Pro account to guarantee the optimal experience for your instructors and participants. Sign up here.

This is a one-time set-up, as one Zoom meeting link can be used multiple times.

To create a Zoom meeting link for your Booking Diary

1. Sign in to your Zoom account and click Schedule a Meeting in the upper right corner of your webpage.

2. Add your meeting details, providing a name your meeting under Topic: (ex: Emily’s MZ-Remote).


3. Select  the Recurring meeting box and choose No Fixed Time in the Recurrence drop-down.

4. Ensure that the Meeting ID is set to generate automatically.

  5. A meeting Password or waiting room is required. By default, Waiting Room is enabled. We recommend disabling this and enabling a passcode to allow easy access for your members. 

6. Turn Video Settings 'ON' for the Host, and 'OFF' for the participant.

7. Set Audio Settings to Computer Audio..Zoom_5

8. Under Meeting Options, select "Mute Participants upon Entry" and click "Save."

9. Locate the Invite Link, which includes your password (so participants will not need to enter a password). You will copy and paste this into the Class Scheduler in the Admin portal.
