They can edit their ID in the app by tapping the device icon on the home screen, or you can do it for them via the admin portal under Myzone Users.
If you would like to swap your member's device ID for them when they get a new one, log into your portal and click the Myzone Users tab.
Type their name into the search bar and hit enter.
Click the edit icon to the right of their basic information.
In the Belt ID field, delete the current number and replace with the SN on the back of the new device.
Click the green check to save.
