How do I remove a member from my list of Myzone movers?

Please submit a support ticket for a facility ID transfer. You can also delete them under the Myzone Users tab. This suspends their account, so let them know they need to contact us to be transferred.

You can submit a ticket by clicking Contact Support at the top of our Knowledge Base page, or using the Help Bot at the bottom of the page.

If you prefer to delete them from your list of registered users, note that this suspends their account immediately and they will not be able to access the app. Advise your member to contact support as soon as possible to continue using Myzone.

To delete a member from your list of registered users: 

  • Log into your Admin Portal
  • Click the Myzone Users Tab
  • Click the red x icon at the right side of the member's information to remove them from your list
  • A prompt will appear that asks you to confirm the action. Click okay to proceed. Cancel if you've accidentally clicked the wrong name. Since it does suspend the account, this can cause a lot of alarm.
