How do I set up the Myzone Booking Diary?

Make your classes bookable via the Myzone app by logging into the Admin Portal to add club branding, set up your rooms and class types. If you have not already enabled this feature, please contact clubsupport@myzone.org.

Select a Header Image

Log into your admin portal at owner.myzone.org. Click the menu in the upper left corner and select Facility Profile from the drop-down menu. In the Diary Header Image box, click Choose File. Click the check to save. Booking diary image add

Add Your Site

From your menu, select Classes>Booking Diary. Click Sites on the left panel and type in your facility code or name of your club. Click the + sign to add that site.

Add your Spot Types

If members will need reserve specific spaces, such as bikes, rowers or mats, select Spot Types. Click in the space to name your spac, then click the plus to save.

Create your Rooms

Click the Rooms and add the rooms that will host the classes you will add to your booking diary. If you have multipe sites, select the one to which you would like to add rooms. In the next field, type room name and click the +.

Design your room layout

Click the cog next to each room. Configure your room to reflect the number of columns and rows in your space. Select your spot type if relevant and click each spot to add a spot ID.booking cog

Create a Class Type (optional)

This will help you filter your classes by category. Examples would be yoga, cycle, or functional movement. 

Assign Premium Status Members

If you have paid programming that only specific members should access, click the Users tab. Search the name of your member(s) that need access to the class and added credits by clicking the green plus. You can also use this feature to allow premium tier members to book classes before your general membership.
