Uploading and Managing Images 

The images themselves are managed in the Facility Settings in the Owner's portal.

Uploading Videos for Advertisements:

If you have video files that you want to display in your software, these must be submitted to clubsupport@myzone.org and meet specific requirements:

• • File type: .mp4
  • Resolution: 720p (1280 x 720 px)
  • Max video bit rate: 3800kbps
  • Duration: Under 3 minutes
  • Audio track must be present.

Software Settings:

• Accessing Settings:

  • Tap or click anywhere on the display to access the main menu.
  • Scroll to the bottom and tap Unlock Admin. Enter your admin password and select Settings.

• Advertising Display Options:

1. Video in Ad Rotation: Turn on/off displaying Myzone Promo videos - Select playlist to pick and choose from Myzone pre-loaded ads (or your own video advertisements if you have these uploaded - see below)
2. Show Ads: Tick on/off to display your advertisements you have uploaded through the Facility Settings in your Owners Portal
3. Show Ads With Tiles: Tick on/off to display your advertisements alongside Myzone tiles
4. Ad Duration: Set duration for image display on screen
5. Leaderboard in Ad Rotation: Tick on/off to display monthly member MEPs leaderboard on screen with your ads

Software Update Process:

• Ensure Changes Reflect Immediately:
  • Exit Myzone software and update it manually:
    1. Click on File > Update from the Update Manager on your desktop.
    2. Relaunch Myzone software by clicking File > Launch Myzone.
