You may have a need to assign and re-assign loan belts to help users take part in activities and get the most out of Myzone.
As a Myzone Facility you can request the ability to manage Loan belts that can be assigned to different users. To enable this feature please reach out to Myzone support.How to add new Loan Belts to your Facility
Once you have the ability to manage your Loan belts, you will be able to add new belts and assign them to users as needed.
To add a new belt, select Manage Facility from the left hand side menu.
The view will switch and you must open the menu items, via the hamburger menu in the top right corner. Select Loan Belts from the list of options available. If you do not see Loan Belts listed, you will need to contact Myzone Support to request this feature to be enabled for your Facility.
After selecting Loan Belts, all the current Loan Belts associated with your facility will be listed. To add further belts, simply type in the Device ID into the New Loan Belt ID field and click the green tick to confirm.
Assigning Loan Belts to Users
This video summarizes how to search for and assign a loan belt to a particular user. The steps are then broken down in more detail below.
From the Users page, select the user you want to assign a loan belt to by clicking on their name. Once you are on their profile page, use the 3 dot menu and select Assign a loan belt.
The Assign a loan belt window will open on the right hand side of the page. You can search by device ID or select the device you want to assign by using the radio button selection. Make sure you click Assign to confirm the connection you want to make.
Re-assigning Loan Belts
Belts can be reassigned to different users from the same interface. You will be prompted that the belt is already assigned to a user but it will not stop you from actioning this. You will be asked to confirm you wish to make the change.
