How to Order Myzone Products

You can order Myzone products directly from your Admin Portal. Click 'Order' to be taken to our online shop. Please note your billing address must match the address associated with your credit card to be proccessed.

To place an order for Myzone products, please follow these steps:

  1. Make sure you have owner account permissions added to your Myzone account. If you don't have this access, reach out to a colleague who does or contact our Customer Care Team for assistance--either one can add this for you.

  2. Log into your Myzone account at www.owner.myzone.org.

  3. Open your admin portal by clicking on the menu in the upper left corner.

  4. Click on "order."

  5. Select "Create an Order" to be directed to our online shop.

  6. Adjust the quantity and add items to your cart by clicking on the desired item.

  7. when you are ready to check out, click on the cart and click "Continue with purchase."
  8. You will need to enter your shipping and payment information.

Please note that your billing address must match the address associated with your credit card. If they don't the payment will be declined.
