How to report on Myzone Data

Myzone offers many reporting options that identify key engagement trends for your community. 

 

Types of Reports

The following reports can be found in your Admin Portal (owner's permission is required):

  • Age & Gender
  • Status Ranking
  • Voucher Sales (if applicable) 
  • User Stats (MEPs)
  • Key Numbers
  • Class Participation for Instructors 

How to Access 

Log into your Myzone account at http://owner.myzone.org, click the menu for the admin portal in the upper left corner, then select Reports.

Report Types:

Age & Gender Reports

This type of report allows you to see the age and gender of your members.

Status Ranking

This report shows how many members you have at each status level by gender, as well as totals.

Voucher Sales (Buy Online)

If you use voucher codes for belt sales, this report indicates how many online sales you have generated with your voucher codes. For more information, check out the Club Voucher Codes article.

User Stats

This report displays Weekly, Monthly, Yearly, and Total MEPs for each member.

Key Numbers

For more in-depth reporting, the Key Number Report allows you to select a date range, search for one specific member's data, customize average workout effort, duration, calories burned, number of moves, status ranking plus more. This is a great report for club staff that wants to view how much time members are spending in each zone, how many MEPs they have earned over the course of a month, and peak heart rate. You can also export this data to an Excel sheet for additional reporting.

Instructor Reports

When a Myzone class runs in the software, instructor reports are generated upon completion. It shows the effort level of each participant in the class as well as average metrics of the entire class. This report is found under Classes  in the admin portal.

Class Report 

This reports show the number of attendees, the percentage of the class that was male and female, and age of the participants. Select a date range and then Generate Report.
