How to Schedule Classes to Automatically Launch in the Software

If your facility has a set schedule of predesigned classes, you can program these to run automatically in your software via the Admin Portal.

Step 1: Log into your Myzone account at http://owner.myzone.org and access Classes from your admin portal.

NOTE: You will need owner or coach permission to access this.

Step 2: At the top, select Class Schedule.

Step 3: Select the class you want to schedule in the software. Then assign details for the class such as what hub you want the class to launch on, select the day(s) and time(s) to launch.

NOTE: Your Myzone Hub will need to be named in the software in order to designate a class to launch properly. You can do this by going into Settings of your software, then selecting Console Name.

Step 4: Save the scheduled class by clicking the green checkmark located on the right-hand side.  checkmark- The green checkmark will not appear until you have made changes by scheduling a class.

Step 5: View the class below in your schedule along with other classes you scheduled.

After you have scheduled a class, when you scroll down under your Schedule you will see a calendar view of your scheduled class(s). If you only have 1 Myzone Hub at your facility, you will only see 1 calendar. If you have multiple Myzone hubs at your facility, you will see the name of each hub in your Schedule and Calendar view.

How to Edit or Delete a Scheduled Class

To edit or delete a scheduled class, repeat Steps 1 and 2 above to access your Class Schedule. Scroll down under your Schedule and view your classes. On the far right-hand side of each class scheduled, you will see an edit and delete icon.

Other Helpful Tips

  • Name your Myzone Hub so that classes you schedule launch correctly and on the appropriate console. You can do this by accessing Settings from your Myzone software (click on the Myzone logo, unlock your admin, type in your administrative password, click on settings) then click on Console Name to name your Myzone hub.
  • If changes are made to your schedule from your admin portal, depending on your network speed at the club, please allow at least 60 minutes for the changes to be reflected onto your Myzone software.
  • You can edit Class Settings in your software to reflect your desired needs. From the software on your live display, access the main menu and Unlock You Admin > type in your administrative password > click on Settings >click on Class Settings.
    • From here you can edit the following specific to Class Scheduling:
      • Class Countdown (minutes) - This provides an alert in minutes on the screen before it loads the next MZ-Class.
      • Class Summary (seconds) - Tile summary review for each user after an MZ-Class is completed or stopped in the software.
  • If you are scheduling back-to-back classes to launch in your software, please be aware that you need at least 3 minutes of buffer between the two classes in order for the scheduled classes to launch properly.
    • Example: If you have a 50-minute class scheduled and have a 1-minute class summary - there is plenty of time between the first 50-minute class and the second class which starts at the top of the hour. These classes are scheduled back to back and will play accordingly.
    • Example: If you have a 58-minute class scheduled and have a 1 minute summary with the next class playing at the top of the hour, the two classes clash because there is not a minimum of 3 minutes in between both because the software is trying to display both the summary of the first class and the countdown of the following class.
