Schedule virtual content on the Admin Portal from the Class Scheduler.
Follow these steps to schedule your video content for virtual classes:
1. Log into your Admin Portal and select, "Classes," then "Videos."
2. Select the virtual content you want to schedule in the software. 
3. Assign details, such as what hub you want to launch on, select the day(s) and time(s) to launch.
NOTE: Note: Make sure your Myzone Hub is named in the software through Settings and Console Name.
4. Save the schedule by clicking the green checkmark. 
To edit or delete a scheduled video, access your Class Schedule by repeating Steps 1 and 2. On the right-hand side of each scheduled class, you will find edit and delete icons.
Other Helpful Tips
- Name your Myzone Hub so that your schedule launches correctly and on the appropriate console. You can do this by accessing Settings from your Myzone software (click on the Myzone logo, unlock your admin, type in your administrative password, click on settings) then click on Console Name to name your Myzone hub.
- Allow at least 60 minutes for for changes made in the admin portal to reflect in the Myzone software.
- Leave a buffer of at least 3 minutes between back-to-back scheduled entries.
