Member Challenge FAQs

Here are some frequently asked questions about invitations, interactions, and how to create a challenge.

Invitations

Can I add a member to a challenge late?

Yes! You can add a member to the challenge after you create it. Simply navigate to your challenge from your club admin portal, access challenges, open your leaderboard ChallengeLeaderboard . At the bottom of your leaderboard, click the green plus sign to  GreenCheckadd a member to the challenge by typing in their name.

Things to note:

  • Member who are added late still need to accept the challenge to participate. They can find the invitation in their app notifications, or email if they have opted to receive them there.
  • Even if someone joins late, all MEPs uploaded within the dates of the challenge will be counted!

How do I resend an invite to my members?

You can resend challenge invites to members from the challenge leaderboard. Find your member, click on the name, and click on the green resend button GreenResend

Can I remove someone from the challenge?

Yes. Access your challenge leaderboard, find the member you want to remove from the challenge, click on their name, then click on the red X to remove that member from the challenge.

What if my member is not receiving invite notifications?

Whether a member has phone or email notifications turned off, active challenge invites will always appear and can be accepted on the very first page after logging into the desktop site myzonemoves.com.

Interactions

Challenge Details

What zones should I include in the challenge?

That's up to you! You can include all zones for member challenges, however, it doesn't hurt to kick up the competition level and only accept certain zones. It really depends on what you are looking to achieve the challenge. It is common to leave the gray zone out and only include blue-red zones to prevent members from wearing their belts all day to rack up points in the gray zone while being sedentary.

In a date range challenge, when exactly does the challenge end?

A workout must be completed and the belt turned off by 11:59pm on the last day of the challenge in order to be included. If the workout starts on the last day but extends into the next day, none of the MEPs for that workout will be included. For example, if a member starts a workout at 11:45pm on the last day and takes the module off/deactivates the belt at 12:02am, that workout will not count.
