Myzone Go Reports

The Myzone Go page in Reports is split into two main sections; 

Myzone Go New Trials (1)- Number of new Myzone Go trials over time, broken down by subscription type.
Myzone Go New Subscriptions (2) - Number of new Myzone Go subscriptions over time, broken down by subscription type.

This area of reports is designed to give Operators an overview of all their members with an active trial or subscription of Myzone Go in the last 6 months. 

Hovering your mouse over a specific data point in either of the charts will give you the exact figures for 1 month, 6 month, 12 months and total number of members with either a trial or subscription. 

Members on Trial

A more detailed breakdown of all the members with an active trial is provided underneath the two main charts. 

The breakdown includes the following information; 

Member name 
Expiration date of trial (1)
Subscription tier they initially signed up to (2)
Device (3)
Activities done (4)
MEPs (5)

There is also an option to send a direct message to these members. (6)
