What is Organization Settings

The Facility | Organization switcher gives eligible users a dedicated context for organization-level work, separate from day-to-day facility management. Facility Settings stays exactly as it is — Organization Mode is an additional context you can now switch into.

Who can access it

What appears inside the Organization view depends on your account:

• Multi-facility organizations see Reports, Organization Settings, and Billing.
• Single-facility operators see Billing only.
  
  

How do I access it?

Using the drop-down switch from Facilities to Organizations you can switch your view to access the settings that can be managed at an Organization level. 

Does Organization Mode replace the portal I know?

No. Facility Settings is unaffected. Organization settings is a new, separate feature to help complete organization-level tasks.

What's the difference between Facility Settings and Organization Settings?

They serve different users. If you operate a single facility, you use Facility Settings. If you operate several facilities under one organization, you can now use Organization Settings, where Branding, Console, and communication changes apply across every facility in that organization in a single action. In addition, you can now also access Organization level Reports.
