Using a Zoom Pro account to host live classes with an MZ-Club subscription.
In addition to a Myzone License and MZ-Club subscription, you will also need:

It is possible to host the class using just a smart phone. You can launch both the class and Zoom meeting directly from the pre-class email.
Tips for the best setup:
- Use a laptop with an i5 processor and integrated graphics card, preferably with an integrated webcam.
- Use a Bluetooth headset or headphones plugged into the 3.5 mm jack.
- Set up your laptop screen to have the liveboard on one half and Zoom on the other. Refer to a Microsoft article on how to snap your windows for assistance.
- For a polished visual experience, consider using a preloaded virtual background with your company's logo. Refer to a Zoom tutorial on changing your virtual background image for guidance.
- If possible, use a green screen for a more professional presentation
If you wish to host a hybrid class, you will need:
- One Myzone touchscreen running the Myzone software.
- Two TVs: One to display the effort tiles and another to show the Zoom video of remote participants.
- Smart Phone or other computer: Used to host the Zoom conference.
The hardware setup described below is used by Myzone Master Trainers. This is not required, but provides a optimal experience for instructors and participants.
1& 2: A Myzone Touchscreen connected to a display TV
3: Filmic Pro app installed on a Smart Phone: this enhances video quality on your phone. This improves the video quality Zoom since you will launch your meeting from your phone. We also recommend a Phone mount and tripod to hold the phone in place.
4: Lightning port-to-HDMI converter: This connects the phone to a USB HDMI capture card. The capture card then sends your Zoom conference to a computer tower.
5: Phone charger: to keep the phone charged during streaming.
6: A computer tower to relay the Zoom video to a display TV
7: HDMI cable Connects the PC tower to the second TV for displaying Zoom participants.
8: Shokz OpenComm Bone Conduction Stereo Headset: Ensures high-quality voice audio in the class.
