Follow these steps in your software and admin portal to run Les Mills content in your Myzone software
BEFORE YOU BEGIN
NAME YOUR MYZONE PC'S: Our team needs to know which content you would like loaded to each PC (no one wants a cycle class in a studio with no cycles!). To confirm the names, add or edit them:
- From the software, click anywhere on the screen to access the menu.
- Click Unlock Admin and enter your facility password.
- Click Settings. It will open to the default category which includes console name. If you need to edit or add a name, click in the "Console Name" box to type or delete. Changes are automatically saved.
ADD YOUR CONTENT: Prior to scheduling your videos, the content needs to be purchased from Les Mills, then loaded into your account by Myzone. Myzone verifies the content with Les Mills and then makes it available for the designated Myzone PC. The team will confirm when it is ready to schedule.
SCHEDULING CONTENT
1. From your Admin portal, click Class>Class Creator>Videos.
2. Beneath "Videos" you will see a list of your Myzone PC's that have content loaded. Click the PC Name for which you would like to create or adjust the Les Mills schedule.
3. Click the class you would like to add.
4. Set the time and days on which you would like your class to run. If it will play at 9 AM on MTWThF, you can schedule that time in one step by checking the box next to the corresponding day, then selecting the time from the drop down. Click the + to add the time, and the check mark to save it. If you are running the class at different times, for example 6 AM, 12 PM and 7 PM on Monday, you will repeat the process for each time.
