Automatic Coach Connection is a feature for club that allows them to engage with new members right away. When a new member registers their device, they will automatically receive a social connection from community staff members in the app.
How do I turn it on?
NOTE: You must have either Owner or Coach access to use the Auto-Coach Connect feature.
IF YOU HAVE OWNER ACCESS:
Step 1: Log into your Myzone account at http://owner.myzone.org
Step 2: Click your admin portal, then click on Facility Profile.
Step 3: Scroll down under Settings and check the box indicating you would like to automatically connect with all new members who register with your club facility code.
IF YOU HAVE COACH ACCESS:
Step 1: Log into your Myzone account at http://owner.myzone.org
Step 2: Click your admin menu, then click Coach Settings.
Step 3: Check the box indicating you would like to automatically connect with all new members.
