Easily share your Facility ID with community members using a QR code located in the Facility Profile section of the Admin Portal.
Follow these instructions to distribute your Facility QR code for a smooth registration process.
Log in to your Admin Portal and select "Facility Profile."
Add your logo by clicking "Choose File" in the "Logo (default)" section to ensure the QR code is branded for your facility. Click the checkmark to save the image.
Click "Show Poster" in the Facility QR Code box.
Print and display at your facility. You can also download the image to save for digital distribution.
