What are MZ-Burn Classes?

MZ-Burn classes are featured in the Myzone software and allow operators to easily deliver group cardio and functional training experience.

MZ-Burn is a selection of ‘classes’ featured within the Myzone software and allows operators to easily deliver a group cardio and functional training experience as seen in many boutique studios. Myzone has created five classes titled - ‘Unity’, ‘Orbit’, ‘Trilogy’, ‘Elevate’, and ‘Circuit’, all of which are available in the Myzone software right now. The MZ-Burn program centers around 5 different cardio stations to provide variety and to cater for all ages, shapes, sizes, and most of all, fitness levels.

MZ-Burn consists of 50% cardio equipment and 50% spent on the functional kit. (With the exception of Burn Trilogy which is 33% cardio and 67% on functional/ bodyweight exercises.)

What Is Required?

Clubs will need a Myzone Ultron Tablet, and it is suggested that 2 TV’s are visible in the main group training area, one for the cardio and one for the functional area. The Myzone computer
must be connected to the internet and if connected to an audio player, music can also be played through it.

How to Set Up MZ-Burn Classes

The total class size will depend on the desired space and budget. Cardio (2-10 of each item will allow a capacity class size of 30-150 people):
