What happens if a member declines the invite or opts-out of Myzone invitations?

If a member:
  • Declines: this is permanent for your facility. A member who declines can never be re-invited by your club, however you rebuild or re-upload your list.
  • Opts out of Myzone invitations: a Myzone-wide choice that overrides everything. It applies at the point of sending, even at facilities that have never contacted that member.
These protections stay in place if you delete a list, re-import it, re-upload your roster, or disconnect and reconnect a data source.


What you’ll see: declines are reported as a count only. Declined members are excluded from future sends automatically, so there is nothing for you to manage.
