What will my members receive when I invite them to sign up to Myzone?

Who it comes from. The email appears as “[Your facility name] via Myzone”, so members recognise your club. Every message includes a disclosure about the invitation and an option to decline. Members see what you see in your test email. 

There are two types of invitation. The right one is chosen automatically when you send the invites.

• New to Myzone: Invites the member to create an account in the app.
• Already signed up to Myzone but at a different Facility: Offers to move their account to your club. Their MEPs, history and status level move with them. It’s entirely their decision. You can’t move them.

The invitation takes members to the Myzone app, where they create their account and are connected to your club automatically. There is no web sign-up. The email also shows your facility ID in case something goes wrong on the way.
