Why aren't tiles showing on my Myzone display?

This happens when the Myzone PC does not detect the Myzone receiver. The receiver transmits belt data to the software.

If you see this icon, no tiles will appear on the screen. The PC cannot detect the receiver.


How Do I Fix This?

  • Make sure your receiver is plugged directly into the Myzone PC Stick or Touchscreen. It should not be plugged into the TV. 
  • Even if you know it is plugged into the PC, it is always worth checking the connection. Sometimes cables can be jostled, and if it is not fully inserted, it will not work.
  • Next, unplug the receiver from its current port and test it in a different one.
  • Rebooting the software between unplugging it and plugging it back into the USB port often helps as well.
