Why is the number of members I approved to invite lower than the number added to my CSV file?

You approve the real number of people who will be contacted, not the number of rows in your list. For example, if you upload 50 rows and 15 are existing Myzone members at your facility, you approve 35.

During validation users may be removed automatically for any of these reasons:

• Invalid email addresses: malformed or unusable addresses.
• Duplicates: the same address appearing more than once in your list.
• Existing members: people who already hold a Myzone account at your facility.
• Members who asked not to be contacted: anyone who has declined an invitation from your club, or opted out of Myzone invitations entirely.

Exclusions are shown by reason. For the last group you see a total only. You are never told which individuals declined or opted out.
