Want to let your members know you are using Myzone? Start customizing the Myzone platform to fit your club's image! The easiest way to let your members know you are using Myzone is to upload some logos and in-club display TV advertisements.
Log into your facility page at www.myzonemoves.com and locate your admin portal located in the upper left-hand corner. Select Facility Profile.
There are four (4) sections under Facility Profile. Under each tab, you will see a variety of options for customizing the Myzone platform to your facility's image. The sections include:
- Edit Profile
- Advertisements in Software
- Emails
- Vouchers
I. Edit Profile
Add your facility's basic information like email, telephone number, and social media channels. This information will display on a member's home page when they access their account from the web. You can also locate your facility code under Unique ID in case you forget!
Scroll down and you will find the option to upload your club's logo to the Myzone platforms. All logos uploaded should be .JPEG images as well as follow the required picture format size listed. To save the uploaded, always select the green checkmark.
- Logo: Displays in on the in-club software display as well as top of Move summary emails you receive after each workout. The uploaded logo should be 286x100 px.
- App & Website Banner Image: Displays in the Myzone app home menu screen as well as a banner image at the top of a user's account when they log in from the web. The uploaded logo should be 1320x480 px.
- Diary Header Image: When Booking Diary has been enabled for your facility, this image will display above the timetable when users book a class in the app under 'Book A Class.' The uploaded logo should be 600x600 px.
Target Zone
Not required, this option allows you to create a custom zone within the 5 Myzone colors. This specific zone is highlighted the color you choose and the live tile reflect the custom color when the target zone is achieved by users. The target zone will only display on the software in-club display and does not eliminate the standard Myzone effort zones.
Note: Target Zone will need to be turned 'on' in the software. This can be found under Settings > Tile Settings > Target Zone
Settings
These options are available to owners who wish to receive emails when their members' max heart rate (MHR) has changed and who wish to automatically send a connect request to new users who register a Myzone belt using their facility code.
Software Admin Password
The option to change your Myzone in-club display software password can be found here. Myzone automatically assigns an admin password so you will not be required to fill this field out upon creation.
II. Advertisements in Software
Club operators have the option to add advertisements for additional in-club marketing that scroll on the in-club displays at the facility. The maximum amount of advertisements to add are 10. Once advertisements have been added on the facility page, additional software settings need to be enabled 'on.' For more information, check out How to Add Advertisements to Your Software.
III. Emails
Start customizing your Myzone emails that send to your members! Add a personal message from your facility that gets attached to every summary email users receive after they complete a workout. Upload an Email Footer Image that attaches at the bottom of Myzone emails for additional branding or facility advertising.
Post Registration Email Link
Customize the registration email that new users receive once they have joined your facility and registered a Myzone belt. Include your facility website, social media link, or any other text and link to encourage new members to check out all your facility can offer.
IV. Vouchers
Give users the ability to purchase a belt through an e-commerce option - through club discount vouchers! Each facility has 4 different discount codes which allows them to share whichever code they wish. Their members then purchase the belt through Myzone's shop at www.myzone.org, enter in the discount code, and directly receive the product from Myzone. This allows club operators to not hold belt inventory if they choose not to at the club or offer remote clients the option to purchase directly from Myzone.
