Create your groups in they Myzone Users section of the Admin Portal, then head to Challenges and choose "Inter-Group Challenge."
Create Member Groups
To create an inter-group challenge, start by creating your groups through your Admin Portal . This article will explain how to create groups first before creating your inter-group challenge.
Creating Your Challenge
Step 1: Log into your Admin Portal. Click on Challenges.
Step 2: Click on the green plus to create a new challenge click "Inter-Group", and groups that will
Step 3: Fill out the details of your challenge.
3.1 Name your challenge and provide details of the challenge in the comments.
3.2 Choose the challenge structure: date range or MEPs target
a. Select a date range using the calendar icons (most common option and easier to control because everyone ends on the same date).
b. Or choose to end on a MEPs target (all members begin on the same date, but the challenge ends when the first person hits the MEP target).
3.3 Determine the zones you want to include.
3.4 Check the box to accept the invitation on behalf of your members, or leave unchecked to allow your members to choose--members will accept the invitation via their app or email to participate.
Step 4: Once you have detailed your inter-group challenge, click the green check mark to save and send the challenge out. Once you click the green checkmark, the challenge is live and members can begin accepting the invitation to participate.
NOTE: Once the challenge has been created, any latecomers will not be able to join the challenge. You will need to re-create the challenge if latecomers would like to participate.
During The Challenge
Check on the challenge leaderboard from your admin portal and stay engaged. Navigate back to challenges from your admin portal, then click on the leaderboard for your challenge.
Email encouragement to participants by clicking on the envelope next to your leaderboard for continued engagement through the duration of the challenge!
