If for any reason you need to stop a member's recurring MZ-Open payment or cancel it, you can do so in your Admin Portal under the Facility Profile Tab.
Log into your Admin Portal
Click the menu in the upper left corner and select Facility profile from the drop down. Click the MZ-Open tab.
Search for your member's name
On your keyboard, click control + F to search their name. If you would like them to use their full year of Open that they have purchased, but discontinue recurring payments, click the box next to Auto-renewal to deselect it.
If someone needs to cancel altogether, click cancel subscription.
