Step 1: Install Hardware

 Your hardware should be set up prior to your call. 

Step 2: Licensing Your Software

To license, please contact the Myzone Customer Care team by scheduling a call with the support team in you region or get in contact with an agent via HELP in the Myzone app. 

Please be sure you are at the facility in front of the Myzone display and also make sure the system is online. Have the following information ready to share:

  • Name of facility
  • Facility Code
  • TeamViewer ID# - for more information, click here.
