How do businesses activate MZ-Open Subscriptions?

First, members needs to download the Myzone app and create an account. They must then speak to you or a member of your team to activate the subscription through the Myzone Owner's Portal.

GENERATING A MEMBER SUBSRIPTION:

First, anyone who needs to be able to issue a MZ-Open subscription needs to have owner level permission on the admin portal. Click here for guidance.

Log in to the Admin Portal at owner.myzone.org.
Select Myzone Users.
Search for the name of the member inquiring about a subscription. They must have an account to show on this list. If you cannot find them, ask them to download the app and create an account.
Click the watch icon on the right side of the member information.

This activates your members Open subscription immediately and will trigger their payment to be added to your next-month's billing cycle.

How do my members pay for MZ-Open?

You can set up MZ-Open subscriptions as an item to sell in your point-of-sale system, just as you woudl a physical Myzone belt. You can also choose to bake this into your membership or training packages.
